*Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition within 7 days (items must be in its original package).

*Returned items must include notification of the name and details of the purchaser.

*Shipping charges for returned purchases (excluding damaged or incorrect orders) will not be refunded, and returned goods will be at purchaser's risk until received by New Zealand Wool blanket Ltd.

*Refunds will only be issued in the original payment method, and in the case of credit card payment will only be made to the same credit card used in the original purchase.

*Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 14 days to arrange replacement or refund of purchases. In the case of damaged items or incorrect orders, all return shipping charges will be refunded.
