Shipping Charges

Due to high demand, delivery delays are expected before Christmas. 

Free delivery shipping policies within New Zealand

Domestic courier services are only available to physical addresses. There won't be a tracking number available for delivery to P.O. Box or Private Bag addresses. 
    - Delivery to North Island will take about 2 working days.
    - Delivery to South Island will take about 3 working days.
    - Delivery to R.D. areas will take extra 2 working days.


International Shipping

Delivery to Australia:

* $30 for the first item,
* $45 for two items,
* $55 for three items,
* Maximum three items for Australia delivery.

We use NZ POST Easy Tracking services, to both physical and P.O Box addresses. 
    - Delivery will take about 6-8 working days.

Note: we use the "one order, one shipping" policy, for back-orders we won't charge extra delivery costs.

International delivery (except Australia):

* $90 for the first item,
* $120 for two items,
* $150 for three items,
* Maximum three items for international delivery.

NZ Post has suspended some postal services to the United States while processes relating to the new US tariffs are being finalised.

All return items will incur the original shipping cost.

Our office will be closed for Christmas and New Year from 17th Dec 2021 to 10th Jan 2022. Courier services will not be available during this period.
